Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 0 fl oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Almond 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Mixed Ground Peppers 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Fresh basil leaves 1 sprig

Step 1
Crack the egg into a deep bowl and add the olive oil.

Add mayonnaise (30 ml).
Step 3
Season with the mixed peppers.
Step 4
Add the Parmesan cheese.
Step 5
Then add the almond flour.
Step 6
Salt to taste and mix well.
Step 7
Thoroughly coat the fish in the mixture.
Step 8
Place the grouper on a dry, hot skillet and pour in the remaining mixture. Once the bottom is golden brown, flip it over.
Step 9
Fry for about 7 more minutes, then transfer to a plate and drizzle with mayonnaise. Garnish with basil leaves.
Step 10
Serve hot, seasoned with black pepper.
