Ground Beef Pasta
Ingredients
- Lean Beef 15 oz
- Pasta (corkscrew) 5 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Carrot 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Passata Tomato Sauce 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients. Wash and peel the carrot, onion, and garlic.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion.
Step 3
Dice the carrot.
Step 4
Crush the garlic cloves with a knife and finely chop.
Step 5
Sauté the onion in a small amount of vegetable oil.
Step 6
Add the chopped garlic to the onion.
Step 7
Then add the diced carrot to the skillet.
Step 8
Sauté the vegetables, stirring occasionally, for 5–7 minutes.
Step 9
Add the ground beef to the vegetables and mix well.
Step 10
Cook over low heat, adding salt and pepper to taste.

When the beef is almost cooked, add the tomato paste. Sauté for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 12
Then add half a glass of boiled water and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 13
Add the pre-cooked pasta to the beef mixture, stir thoroughly, and heat in the skillet for a few more minutes.
Step 14
Ground Beef Pasta is ready to serve.
