- Zucchini 3 pieces
- Lemon Zest 1 tablespoon

- Fresh Mint 1 bunch

Step 1
Brush a skillet with a small amount of oil and heat it. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds, place them in the skillet, and sauté for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through. Keep warm while preparing the rest.
