Grilled Tuna with Tapenade
Ingredients
- Pitted olives ¼ cup
- Canned Peaches ¼ cup
- Capers 2 tablespoons
- Fresh basil leaves 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil to taste
- Anchovy fillet 1 teaspoon
- Bonito tuna fillet 4 pieces
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill or barbecue. Brush the grill grate with oil.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine finely chopped olives, finely chopped peppers, finely chopped capers, thinly sliced basil leaves, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and anchovy paste.
Step 3
Brush the tuna pieces with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Place on the grill and cook for 3 minutes on each side for medium doneness. Transfer to plates, top with a small amount of tapenade, and serve immediately.
