Grilled Trout with Parsley and Lemon
Ingredients
- Trout 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Lemon 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill. Gut the trout, making 0.5 cm deep cuts on both sides (10 cuts on each side). Brush the trout with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Peel one lemon and slice it into rings; cut the second lemon in half. Generously stuff the trout's belly with parsley and lemon pieces.
Step 3
Place the trout on the grill. On top of the fish, add the lemon zest and lemon halves. Brush the trout with butter. Cook the fish for 6–10 minutes on each side. Serve with a summer salad.
