Ingredients
- Chopped Sage Leaves ½ cup
- Capers 1 tablespoon
- Pitted olives 12 pieces
- Anchovy fillet 6 pieces
- Cornichons 4 pieces
- Shallot 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Habanero Pepper 1 piece
- Olive Oil ½ cup
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Striploin steak 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the parsley, capers, olives, anchovy fillets, cornichons, shallot, garlic, and jalapeño pepper on a cutting board. Use a large knife to chop and mix the ingredients.
Step 2
Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and mix with 6 tablespoons of olive oil and mustard. It should form a thick sauce. Season with salt and pepper, and set aside. The sauce should sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, preheat the grill. Rub the steaks with the remaining olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Grill the steaks to your desired doneness.
