Description

Grilled shrimp are a delicious and easy dish to prepare for a summer barbecue. Simply marinate the shrimp in olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice, then thread them onto skewers and grill until they turn pink and slightly charred.   • Olive Oil 5 fl oz
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Rosemary 1 sprig
  • Chili Flakes ½ spoons
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Prepare all the ingredients. Light the charcoal.

Peel the shrimp, leaving the tails on.

Make a cut along the back of the shrimp and carefully remove the digestive tract. Repeat the same process with the remaining shrimp.
