- Olive Oil ½ cup
- Thyme leaves to taste
- Serrano Chili 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Lemon 1 piece
- Sea Salt to taste

Prepare the grill. In a large bowl, mix the mushrooms with olive oil, thyme, and chili.

Season with salt, then remove the mushrooms from the oil. Grill the mushrooms, turning once, until tender and browned, about 3 minutes.
