- Fillet of Sturgeon 30 oz
- Asparagus 24 pieces
- Lemon 4 pieces
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Ground Cumin ½ teaspoon

Prepare all the ingredients.

Brush this mixture onto the trout steaks (there should be 4 pieces, each weighing 200 grams).

Cut the lemons in half.

Peel the asparagus, dip it in boiling water, and cook for 2 minutes, then plunge it into ice water.

Grill the steaks until cooked through.

Grill the lemons cut side down.
Step 8
Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and grill.
