Grilled Sea Bass in the Oven

Description
Use only fresh, chilled fish, about 1–2 fish weighing 200–300 grams each per person. Check the gills; they should be red, not gray.
Ingredients
- Sea Bass 4 pieces
- Lemon 1 piece
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the fish, remove the gills, and carefully gut it.
Step 2
Make a couple of diagonal cuts on the back on each side. Rub with salt and olive oil.
Step 3
You can place two halves of a lemon slice and a sprig of dill inside the fish, if desired.
Step 4
Place the fish on a grill rack greased with vegetable oil and put it in a preheated oven at 390°F for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Flip the fish, turn on the 'grill' mode at 430°F, and put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
