Description

Serve everything together with ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce, blue cheese dressing, or whatever you prefer.

Ingredients

  • Sausages 4 pieces
  • Salad Potatoes 8 pieces
  • Broccoli 5 oz
  • Marinated cherries 5 oz
  • Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
  • Rosemary 1 sprig
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • TABASCO® to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pre-pick the leaves from the rosemary, crush the garlic, and soak them in olive oil, adding black pepper and TABASCO. I did this about 3–4 hours in advance. Then strain it to keep just the flavor.

Step 2

Thoroughly wash medium-sized potatoes, cut them into 8 wedges, and blanch in boiling salted water for 3–5 minutes.

Step 3

Boil the sausages in water for 5 minutes. I bought ready-made ones, but it would be good to make them yourself.

Step 4

Grill (or bake in the oven) until a delicious crust forms.

Step 5

Brush the potato wedges with the aromatic oil and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown (I would have added paprika for flavor and color, but I didn't have any on hand).

Step 6

Divide the broccoli into florets and blanch for 3 minutes to retain color and soften.

Step 7

Cut the tomatoes in half.
