Grilled Salmon with Thyme
Ingredients
- Salmon 30 oz
- Olive Oil 6 tablespoons
- Lemon 2 pieces
- Thyme 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
To prepare the marinade, mix the juice of one lemon and olive oil in a shallow dish, add the thyme leaves. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Take 4 salmon fillets, wash them, and pat dry with a paper towel. Place in the marinade for at least 60 minutes. After 30 minutes of marinating, flip the fillets.
Step 3
Grill the fillets on a preheated grill for 5 minutes on each side. Two minutes before they are done, place lemon slices on top of the fillets. Before serving, sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper and garnish with herbs. Serve with lemon slices.
