- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard ½ cup
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Steaks 4 pieces
- Champagne Vinegar 2 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill. Lightly brush with olive oil.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix together mustard, sugar, and vinegar. Divide into 2 bowls (one for brushing, the other for sauce).
Step 3
Season the fish steaks with salt and pepper. Brush both sides with the mustard sauce and place on the grill. Grill for about 3 minutes on each side, brushing with sauce, until cooked through and golden brown.
Step 4
Transfer the fish to plates and drizzle with sauce. Serve with grilled asparagus and toasted bread.
