Ingredients
- Fresh basil leaves ½ cup
- Mint Leaves 0 oz
- Habanero Pepper 3 tablespoons
- Vinegar essence 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Grated Ginger Root 2½ teaspoons
- Fish Oil 2 teaspoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Steaks 4 pieces
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Lime 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil to taste

Preheat the grill.

In a blender, combine mint and basil leaves, chopped jalapeño, vinegar, ginger, sugar, fish sauce, and minced garlic. Blend until smooth and transfer to a bowl.

Rub the salmon steaks with salt and pepper. Place on an oiled grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side until done. Transfer to plates, top with a small amount of sauce, and serve with lime wedges.
