
Grilled Salmon Kuban Style

Description
If the fillet has skin, you can leave it on. For cooking, it's better to use fresh fillet, as freezing will cause the fish to lose all its flavor.
Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet 20 oz
- Sesame Oil 2 teaspoons
- Lime Juice 1 piece
- Olive Oil 2 teaspoons
- Ocean salt to taste
- Herbes de Provence a pinch
- Dried Rosemary a pinch
- Italian chopped parsley a pinch
- Dried Chamomile a pinch
- Cayenne Pepper a pinch
- Rosemary a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Orange juice concentrate 4 tablespoons
- Toasted Sesame to taste
- Mixed salad greens to taste
- Marinated cherries to taste
- Soy Sauce to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the fresh salmon fillet thoroughly under cold running water and dry it with a paper towel.
Step 2
Prepare the marinade: mix olive oil and sesame oil, then add freshly squeezed lime juice.
Step 3
Mix the spices and salt, and rub them thoroughly into the fillet.
Step 4
Pour the marinade over the fillet and let it marinate for 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Step 5
Place on a grill rack and put it in the oven under the broiler. Bake at 220–465°F for 30–40 minutes.
Step 6
Turn the fish every 10 minutes and baste it with freshly squeezed orange juice.
Step 7
Serve the cooked fillet on salad leaves, drizzled with soy sauce, garnished with cherry tomatoes and sesame seeds.
