  • Rice Vinegar for Sushi 0 fl oz
  • Maple syrup 0 fl oz
  • Orange juice concentrate 0 fl oz
  • Salmon bellies 4 pieces
  • Salt ¼ teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
  • Oranges ½ piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the vinegar, maple syrup, and orange juice, add the fish, mix well, and transfer everything to a plastic bag. Seal tightly and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Preheat the grill.

Pour the marinade into a small saucepan, bring to a boil, and cook for about 5 minutes until the volume reduces to 30 ml.

Step 4

Place the fish on a grill greased with vegetable oil and grill for about 4 minutes on each side until cooked through, occasionally basting with the marinade.

Step 5

Transfer to plates, season with salt and pepper. Garnish with orange slices and serve.
