Grilled rainbow trout with a side dish

Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes 15 oz
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Herbs to taste
  • Tomatoes 4 pieces
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Feta cheese 5 oz
  • Golden Trout 2 pieces
  • Cucumbers 2 pieces
  • Soy Sauce to taste
  • Khmeli-suneli to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash and clean the fish.

Step 2

Place the fish on a greased grill rack (I used an air fryer).

Step 3

Lightly salt and turn on for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Pre-boil the potatoes in their skins until not fully cooked (about 15 minutes).

Step 5

Cool the potatoes and cut them into halves (if using large potatoes, it's better to cut them into quarters).

Step 6

After the fish has cooked for 10 minutes, flip it over, place the potatoes next to it, lightly salt everything, pepper it, and sprinkle with spices. Squeeze lemon juice over the fish. Turn on the grill for another 15-20 minutes.

Step 7

While the main dish is baking, prepare the salad.

Step 8

Cut the cucumbers, tomatoes, and feta cheese into cubes, dress with oil, soy sauce, and spices.

Step 9

When everything is ready, serve on a plate and enjoy the delicious meal.
