Ingredients
- Yakiniku sauce ½ cup
- Red Long Chili Peppers a pinch
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Mustard Greens 1 tablespoon
- Pork Skewers 5 lbs
- Honey 5 tablespoons
- Onion 1 head
- Ketchup 5 oz
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Malt Vinegar 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the marinade, mix teriyaki sauce, ground red pepper, lemon juice, and mustard.
Step 2
Place the meat in a container and pour the prepared marinade over it. Let it marinate overnight.
Step 3
For the glaze, mix honey, onion, ketchup, red chili pepper, garlic, and wine vinegar.
Step 4
Put honey, ketchup, chopped vegetables in a saucepan or small pot, bring to a boil, and continue cooking on low heat until the sauce thickens slightly.
Step 5
Grill the pork belly on both sides until cooked through, and brush with glaze before serving.
