Description
If the pork is not fatty, it can easily be overcooked, resulting in dry meat.
Ingredients
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Pork Blood 25 oz
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Grated Ginger Root 2 teaspoons
- Sweet Chili Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Lemon-Pepper Mix 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the fat from the pork and cut the meat into slices.
Step 2
Peel and chop the garlic. Peel the ginger and grate it. Mix all the marinade ingredients and pour them over the meat. Cover the meat and let it marinate in a cool place for a few hours or overnight.
Step 3
Before grilling, let the meat sit at room temperature for a while. Drain the marinade and grill the meat for about 4-5 minutes on each side. Cooking time depends on the thickness of the slices.
Step 4
Serve with arugula salad.
