Grilled Pollock
Ingredients
- Navy Pollock 2 pieces
- Soy Sauce 4 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Spices to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Trim the tail and fins of the pollock, remove the insides, then rinse and dry with a paper towel.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, prepare the marinade: mix mayonnaise (or sour cream) with soy sauce, parsley, and fish spices.
Step 4
Coat the fish with the prepared marinade on both sides and let it sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours (or overnight).
Step 5
Place the marinated fish on a grill rack, which should be greased with oil beforehand.
Step 6
Grill over hot coals, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
Step 7
Serve the grilled pollock.
