  • Cream of Norwegian Herring 30 oz
  • Green Tagliatelle Pasta to taste
  • Lemon-Pepper Mix 2 tablespoons
  • Broccoli 15 oz
  • Marinated cherries 12 pieces
  • Shallot 1 head
  • Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Fish Oil 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Marinate the Norwegian salmon in a mixture of salt, sugar, and pepper for 24 hours.

Step 2

After that, remove the mixture from the fish, cut the salmon into medallions, coat them in shallots, and grill.

Step 3

To prepare the sour cream sauce, sauté the pepper and shallot onion in vegetable oil, add sour cream, fish broth, and let the mixture simmer for 12-15 minutes. Season with salt and strain the sauce.

Step 4

Cook the pasta. Boil the broccoli in salted water until tender. Lightly sauté the tomatoes in oil.

Step 5

Place the salmon on top of the pasta. Arrange the broccoli, tomatoes, and sauce around it.
