Ingredients
- Navaga 4 pieces
- Lemon 1 piece
- Rosemary 4 sprigs
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Kiwi 2 pieces
- Parsley 0 oz
- Mild Chili Spice ½ pieces
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Light the grill.
Step 2
Slice the lemon into thin half-moons. Cut the garlic into slices.
Step 3
Make a few shallow cuts on the skin of the fish on both sides.
Step 4
Rub the fish inside and out with oil, salt, and ground pepper.
Step 5
Stuff the belly with lemon, a clove of garlic, and a sprig of rosemary. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Finely chop the parsley, garlic, and chili for the sauce.
Step 7
Peel the kiwi and cut it into small cubes.
Step 8
Mix the parsley, garlic, chili, and kiwi, then add olive oil and season with salt to taste.

Place the fish on the grill and cook over the barbecue until golden brown, turning occasionally.

Serve the navaga with green sauce.
