Ingredients
- Champignon Mushrooms 10 pieces
- Balsamic Vinegar 4 tablespoons
- Olive Oil to taste
- Mint 2 tablespoons
- Minced garlic 2 cloves
- Rye Baguette 6 pieces
- Gorgonzola Cheese 5 oz
- Radicchio Lettuce 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill. Make crosswise cuts on the caps of the mushrooms.
Step 2
In a small non-metallic container, mix the vinegar, 5 tablespoons of oil, mint, garlic, and salt.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms and mix with the marinade. Let sit for 5-10 minutes.
Step 4
Toast the slices of bread. Grill the mushrooms for 2-3 minutes on each side, then sprinkle each with cheese.
Step 5
Top the bread with radicchio, place the mushrooms on top, and drizzle with the remaining marinade.
