Grilled Mititei
Ingredients
- Garlic ½ clove
- Lamb Neck Fillet 20 oz
- Chicken Broth 2 tablespoons
- White Pepper (whole) 0 oz
- Bacon 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Green Peas 1 cup
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Pickles 2 pieces
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the meat, cut it, and pass it through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Add salt, ground red pepper, baking soda, grated garlic, broth, and mix everything. Beat the mixture and let it chill for 6–8 hours.
Step 3
Remove the cutting plate from the manual meat grinder, attach the special sausage nozzle, and use it to form sausages about 10-12 cm long from the prepared mixture.
Step 4
Grill them on a greased grill. If you don't have a grill, you can fry them in a pan with heated fat.
Step 5
Serve two mititei per portion, garnished with pickles or fresh tomatoes and green peas. Drizzle with mustard sauce and sprinkle with herbs before serving.
