Grilled Marble Beef Fillet
Main Dishes • American
Description
A fillet cut of American or Australian beef (Argentinian meat in such cuts just doesn't compare; in Italy, of course, they use local meat). For a side dish, for example, fresh spinach leaves sautéed in butter for exactly one minute, and add some Parmesan to them, Parmesan. You can substitute spinach with potatoes sautéed with sage.
Ingredients
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Marbled Beef 10 oz
- Spices 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grill the meat on a grilling surface, or you can even use a skillet.
Step 2
Salt it only after flipping the piece. By default, grill it to medium rare. Trust me, it’s better that way. Do not press it down — the juices will escape.
