Ingredients

  • Canned Mackerel in Oil 6 pieces
  • Olive Oil 5 fl oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
  • Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
  • Radicchio Salad 10 oz
  • Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
  • Avocado 1 piece
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the grill.

Step 2

Make small shallow cuts on the mackerel fillets and brush all pieces with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lightly sprinkling with salt. Place on the grill and cook for about 7 minutes until done and golden brown.

Step 3

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, 0.25 teaspoons of salt, and 2 pinches of pepper. Set aside 2 tablespoons of the dressing, and mix the rest with the radicchio and parsley.

Step 4

On plates, arrange the fish, place the salad next to it, sprinkle with thinly sliced avocado, and drizzle with the remaining dressing.
