Grilled lime-marinated shrimp in wine sauce
Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 15 oz
- Lime Juice 5 fl oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Butter 5 oz
- Scallions 2 stalks
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Cayenne Pepper a pinch
- Ocean salt ¼ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the shrimp, 75 ml of lime juice, and olive oil, and mix well.
Step 2
In a skillet, melt the butter, add finely chopped green onions and minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Then pour in the wine, add cayenne pepper, salt, and the remaining lime juice. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the grill. Grill the shrimp for about 3 minutes until cooked through. Transfer to a bowl with the wine sauce, mix, and serve.
