  • Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
  • Dijon Mustard 3 tablespoons
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste 3 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
  • Dried Rosemary 2 teaspoons
  • Dried Rosemary 1 teaspoon
  • Dried Chamomile 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Boneless Lamb Leg 5 lbs
  • Fresh Rose Hips to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix lemon juice, mustard, garlic, soy sauce, dried rosemary, thyme, oregano, and salt. Stir until the salt dissolves. Pour into a bag and add the meat. Seal the bag tightly and mix. Refrigerate for 8 hours.

Step 2

Preheat the grill and lightly oil it. Pat the meat dry and place it on the grill. Cover with a lid and cook for 2 hours, until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Transfer to foil and wrap. Let it rest for 20 minutes. Serve garnished with fresh rosemary.
