Grilled Herb-Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
- Fresh basil leaves 0 oz

- Orange juice concentrate ¼ cup
- Honey 2½ tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper 1 tablespoon
- Citrus Zest Mix 2 tablespoons
- Grapeseed Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Pork tenderloin 0 lbs
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine oregano, sage, orange juice, honey, black pepper, lemon zest, oil, 0.25 teaspoons of salt, and minced garlic. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a bag and add the meat. Seal tightly, mix well, and refrigerate for 2 hours, turning occasionally.

Preheat the grill.

Remove the meat from the marinade and sprinkle with the remaining salt. Place on an oiled grill rack and cook for about 25 minutes until done. Transfer to a plate, cover with foil, and let rest for 15 minutes.
