- Yellow Cherry Tomatoes 15 oz
- Mango 10 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Chopped Green Onions 0 oz
- Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Lime Juice 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Halibut 4 pieces
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon

Preheat the grill.

In a bowl, combine finely chopped tomatoes, finely chopped mango, finely chopped onion, cilantro, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. Mix well and add 0.5 teaspoons of salt, 0.5 teaspoons of pepper, and minced garlic.
Step 3
Brush the fish with olive oil and sprinkle with the remaining salt and pepper. Place on the grill and cook for about 3 minutes on each side until done.

Transfer the fish to plates and top with a small amount of salsa.
