Description

The fish does not need to be marinated. However, if you prefer it to sit in the marinade, do not exceed half an hour. You can marinate any fish, but it is better to use white fish (sea bass, perch, etc.) rather than salmon.

Ingredients

  • Dorado 4 pieces
  • Parsley 1 bunch
  • Lemon 3 pieces
  • Garlic 5 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Herbs to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Clean, gut, and dry the dorado well.

Step 2

For the fish marinade: blend the bunch of parsley, garlic, 4 tablespoons of water, and add the juice of 1 lemon, mix well.

Step 3

Make diagonal cuts on the fish every 1–1.5 cm, and inside each fish, place lemon wedges and fresh herbs (basil, parsley, rosemary) if desired.

Step 4

Season the fish with salt and pepper, and coat it with the marinade.

Step 5

Grill the fish over white coals until cooked, occasionally brushing with the marinade using a culinary brush.

Step 6

Serve with lemon wedges, potatoes, or rice.
