Ingredients
- Orange juice concentrate 0 fl oz
- Water 10 fl oz
- Citrus Zest Mix ½ teaspoon
- Honey 3 tablespoons
- Apple Cider Vinegar 1¼ tablespoons
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Ground coriander ¼ teaspoon
- Corn Starch 1 teaspoon
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
- Chicken Thighs 8 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide

Preheat the grill.
Step 2
In a saucepan, combine the orange zest and juice, water, honey, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 0.25 teaspoon of salt, and coriander. Bring to a boil.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with the remaining vinegar. Stir into the hot orange mixture and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and stir in the mint.
Step 4
Sprinkle the chicken with the remaining salt and pepper.

Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes until done. Serve with the orange sauce.
