  • Salt 1½ kg
  • Chicken Thighs 6 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cover the pieces of foil with a thick layer of salt and place the prepared chicken thighs on top. Season with pepper and cover with another thick layer of salt. Wrap tightly in foil.

Step 2

Grill for 20 – 25 minutes at 390°F, turning every 5 minutes.

Step 3

Unwrap the cooked thighs and remove the salt.
