Ingredients
- Fish Oil 4 teaspoons
- Soy Sauce 4 teaspoons
- Sugar 4 teaspoons
- Lemongrass 6 stalks
- Minced garlic 4 teaspoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Chicken fillet 4 pieces
- Vegetable Oil ¼ cup

Step 1
Cut the lemongrass into small pieces and chop it finely in a food processor. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl.
Step 2
Add fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, lemon juice, and vegetable oil.
Step 3
Slice the chicken into medium pieces and place it in the marinade. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 8 hours.
