- Apricot Jam 3 tablespoons
- Red Wine Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 1½ tablespoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
- Chicken bones 2 pieces
- Chicken Thighs 2 pieces
- Ocean salt ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil to taste

In a small bowl, mix together the apricot jam, vinegar, olive oil, and minced garlic.

Preheat the grill.
Step 3
Let the chicken sit at room temperature for 30 minutes, then rub with salt and pepper. Place on a greased grill, meat side down, and grill for 5 minutes until golden brown. Flip, brush with apricot sauce, and grill for 30 minutes, turning and brushing with sauce (the coals should not be too hot so that the chicken glazes rather than burns).
