Grilled Chicken Breasts with Peaches in Aromatic Peach Glaze
Ingredients
- Peach Juice 1 cup
- Minced garlic 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 1⅕ tablespoons
- English Dry Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Cayenne Pepper ¼ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chicken fillet 4 pieces
- Donut Peaches 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill or barbecue.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix together the peach jam, minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, dry mustard, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place it skin-side down on the grill. Grill for 10 minutes on each side, brushing with the glaze. Then, brush more frequently and grill until cooked through and golden brown.
Step 4
Place the peach halves on the grill, cut side down, and grill for 2 minutes. Flip and brush with the glaze. Grill for another 3–4 minutes until the peaches are soft.
Step 5
Transfer the chicken and peaches to a platter and serve.
