  • Soy Sauce ¼ cup
  • Lime Juice ¼ cup
  • Mild Chili Spice 1 teaspoon
  • Chicken fillet 20 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Green onion tops 2 pieces
  • Toasted Cumin Seeds 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix lime juice, soy sauce, vegetable oil, and chili powder. Pour 2 tablespoons of the marinade into a small bowl.

Step 2

Add the chicken breasts to the remaining marinade and mix. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to 1 hour.

Preheat the grill.

Meanwhile, blend the cilantro leaves, green onions, sesame seeds, and reserved marinade in a blender until smooth.
