Ingredients
- Beef tongue 30 oz
- Mashed Potatoes 25 oz
- Green Peas 15 oz
- Marinated cherries 10 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- White Balsamic Cream to taste
- Scallions to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the beef tongue for 2 to 2.5 hours. Then peel and slice it into pieces about one and a half centimeters thick.
Step 2
Cook the peas in a small amount of water with butter, salt, and pepper for 3–5 minutes, then mash them.
Step 3
Fry the cherry tomatoes in hot oil for 15 seconds.
Step 4
Grill the slices of tongue for 2–3 minutes on each side. Place them on a plate alongside mashed potatoes, peas, and sautéed cherry tomatoes. Garnish with green onion tops, balsamic glaze, and olive oil.
