Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Veal Tenderloin 65 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into 2 large steaks.
Step 2
Preheat the grill well and brush with vegetable oil.
Step 3
Generously rub the meat on both sides with salt and pepper. Place on the grill and cook for about 10–15 minutes, flipping once, for medium doneness.
Step 4
Transfer to a plate, cover with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice and serve with tomato-ginger chutney, pickled onions, and aromatic green sauce (see note).
