Ingredients
- Soy Sauce 10 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Sesame Oil 0 fl oz
- Onion 1 head
- Minced garlic 5 cloves
- Scallions 3 stalks
- Toasted Sesame 2 tablespoons
- Mild Chili Spice ½ teaspoon
- Thick Beef Rib 5 lbs
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix all the marinade ingredients together. Add the ribs to the marinade.
Step 2
Mix well, cover, and refrigerate for 8 hours (stir 3–4 times).
Step 3
Preheat the grill well. Cook the ribs for 3–4 minutes on each side.
Step 4
When serving, sprinkle the ribs with green onions and sesame seeds.
