Ingredients

  • Burger Patty 2 pieces
  • Cucumbers 0 oz
  • Spanish onions 0 oz
  • Turkish Delight 5 oz
  • Courgette 5 oz
  • Eggplants 0 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers 10 oz
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Rosemary 0 oz
  • Thyme 0 oz
  • Dill 0 oz
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 5 fl oz
  • Hamburger Bun 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Remove the patties from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for 15 minutes; slice the onion into thin half-rings, soak in cold water, slice the zucchini and eggplant into thin rounds, and remove seeds from the bell pepper before slicing.

Step 2

Mix the zucchini, eggplant, bell pepper, 2/3 of the garlic, finely chopped herbs, 5 tablespoons of olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and stir.

Step 3

Grate the cucumber on a fine grater, finely chop the parsley and dill; mix the yogurt, remaining garlic, parsley, dill, grated cucumber, lightly season with salt and pepper, and stir.

Step 4

Brush the buns with olive oil on the cut sides and grill on a hot skillet for 30 seconds until grill marks appear, gently pressing the center of the bun with your hand.

Step 5

Grill the eggplant and zucchini on a hot skillet for 1.5 minutes on each side, grill the bell pepper for 2 minutes on each side; grill the patties on a hot skillet for 1 minute on each side, generously peppering when flipping.

Step 6

Spread sauce on the bottom buns, set aside the remaining sauce; layer the patties, onion, eggplant, and 1/3 of the zucchini and bell pepper.

Step 7

Spread sauce on the top buns, combine, and serve with the remaining zucchini, bell pepper, and sauce.
