Ingredients
- Frozen green bean pods 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil and add 10 grams of butter, then add the peas without thawing and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly with a spatula.
Step 2
Warm the milk.
Step 3
Transfer the peas to a blender and pulse, then pour in half of the milk and blend again. Add half of the remaining butter and blend once more. If the puree is too thick, add more milk and butter and blend until it reaches a creamy mousse-like consistency.
