  • Onion 1 piece
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Tomatoes 3 pieces

  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Beat the egg in a bowl. Mix the green buckwheat with the beaten egg.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a skillet. Add the buckwheat and fry it until it becomes crumbly.

Step 3

Add finely chopped onion, press in the garlic, add wine vinegar, khmeli-suneli, and salt to taste. Mix well.

Step 4

Pour in enough water to cover the buckwheat by 1 cm. Cook for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Dice the tomatoes and add them to the skillet. Cook for another 5-10 minutes until done.
