Ingredients

  • Green Buckwheat 1½ cups
  • Carrots 2 pieces
  • Avocado 1 piece
  • Parsley 1 bunch
  • Lemon ½ piece
  • Sesame Seeds 2 teaspoons
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Marjoram to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Add buckwheat to boiling water and cook on low heat for 20 minutes, adding salt at the end of cooking.

Step 2

In a skillet, heat the oil and sauté the grated carrots until soft.

Step 3

Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and cut it into cubes.

Step 4

Add the carrots, avocado, spices, sesame oil, lemon juice to the buckwheat and mix well.

Step 5

Serve, garnished with chopped parsley and sesame seeds.
