Green Buckwheat with Beets and Tomatoes
Ingredients
- Yellow Beets 1 piece
- Frozen green bean pods 3 tablespoons
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Buckwheat Groats 1 cup

Step 1
Grate the carrot and beet on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into pieces.
Step 3
Sort and rinse the buckwheat.
Step 4
Layer the bottom of the pot with beets, then a third of the buckwheat, followed by carrots, the remaining buckwheat, and finally layers of tomatoes with green peas.
Step 5
Pour in hot salted water, bring to a boil, and cook for 6-8 minutes.
Step 6
Let it steep for 10-25 minutes without heating with the lid closed.
