- Chinese green beans 5 lbs
- Salt to taste
- Lemon ½ piece

Step 1
First, prepare the mayonnaise. All components should be at room temperature. Place the yolks in a bowl along with the lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Whisk lightly, then gradually add the oil while continuously whisking. You should end up with a thick, smooth sauce.
Step 2
Boil the green beans in salted water.
Step 3
Transfer the green beans to a serving dish and let them cool. Then drizzle with mayonnaise and garnish with slices of tomato.
