Green Beans in Marinade
Ingredients
- Chinese green beans 5 lbs
- Champagne Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Safflower Oil 6 tablespoons
- Parsley 3 stems
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the beans in salted water for about 10 minutes. Rinse with cold water. Pat dry immediately.
Step 2
Mix the vinegar with a pinch of salt and, while whisking, gradually add the sunflower oil. All components should combine into a cohesive mixture.
Step 3
Slice the tomatoes and chop the parsley finely. Arrange the beans on a serving dish and sprinkle with parsley. Drizzle with the vinegar dressing and gently mix. Place the tomato slices on top and season with salt.
