
Green Bean Stuffed with Meat and Egg

- Ground meat 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Chinese green beans 10 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Grill Meat Spice Blend to taste
- Safflower Oil 2 tablespoons
- Natural Yogurt 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly wash the beans, clean them, and cut them into diamond shapes. Add everything to salted boiling water. Cook for about 20 minutes over medium heat.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and garlic, sauté for a couple of minutes in a pan until the onion turns yellow.
Step 3
Add the ground meat to the onion and fry together until the meat is fully cooked, adding meat spices or simply salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
After the beans are cooked, drain them in a colander, then add the beans to the meat and sauté for a couple more minutes, or longer if desired, based on taste.
Step 5
Beat the egg, add it to the dish, and continue stirring with a spatula until the egg is set.
