Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Sort the green beans, rinse them, remove the strings, cut into strips, boil in salted water, and drain in a colander.

Step 2

Cut the carrot, bell pepper, celery, and garlic into strips, place them in a pot, add water to cover the ingredients, and boil.

Step 3

After that, add the boiled green bean sticks and sliced tomatoes to the vegetables, pour in the sunflower oil, and simmer on low heat until cooked.

Step 4

Serve the green bean sticks with vegetables, sprinkled with parsley.
