Green Bean Sauté
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Parsley 3 stems
- Chinese green beans 0 lbs
- Lemon 1 piece
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the tough ends. If the pods are too large, cut them into 2-4 pieces. Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot. Add the beans and bring back to a boil, then cook uncovered for 10-12 minutes until tender. Rinse with cold water. Pat dry immediately.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet, add the beans. Cook on low heat for a few minutes and just before serving, add lemon juice and finely chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
